Under the Provisions of Article 46 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Post, it is hereby notified that the pre conference Circle Working Committee Meeting of the Association will be held at Raipur Ganj Inspection Qr on 18.2.2012 at 1500 hrs.
Agenda –
1.Confirmation of the minutes of the last CWC held on 7.8.2011 at Raipur .
2.Approval of the Biennial Report of the Circle for the period from 17.1.2010 to 18.2.2012.
3.Approval of audited accounts of the Cicrle for the period from 17.1.2010 to 18.2.2012.
4.Organizational and Financial review of the Circle.
5.Any other item with the permission of the Chair.

All the member of working committee are requested to attend the meeting well in time.
