         Kindly recollect the discussion had with the representatives of this Association on 11/6/2015 on the above cited subject. As desired the required information regarding approximately availability of ASPs and ASPs working on adhoc basis in PS Gr. B cadre is as under.

                   I would like to draw your kind attention to this Association letters of even number dated 28/4/2014, 23/6/2014,29/8/2014 and 5/11/2014 regarding non holding of periodical meetings as assured while recording the minutes of meeting taken by Secretary (Posts) with representatives on 11/8/2011 under memo No. 01/01/2011-SR dated 25^th August 2011.

                   It is further to state that SR Division of Directorate have already called for reports from DDG (P) and DDG(Estt.) on our agenda items submitted under letter No. CHQ/IPASP/Agenda/2012 dated 10/4/2012 (copy enclosed). There was no meeting held with this Association since last more than 2 years.  

         

          It is therefore requested to your kind honour look into the matter personally and arrange for fixing date and time for holding of periodical meeting with this Association at the earliest.

Filling up of vacant posts of Direct Recruit IPs

During the course of visit to Directorate in the last week, the issue of shortage of IPs in the circles especially direct recruit IPs discussed and requested to fill up the posts at the earliest. Directorate is not having the correct information about the availability of direct recruit IPs and its vacancies circle wise. Therefore Association has decided to get the data from each circle and provide the same to Directorate with a request to take a special drive to fill up these vacant posts at the earliest.
